You need to move footer_glass.php & header_glass.php (included in the download) to your templates dir (e107_themes/templates/).

Also for your information: If you DON´T use the "tree-menu", the page is messed up, and that is for all of your themes. But I changed back to use the tree-menu as main menu, and then it works fine! Good to know if anyone else have problems!
